Of course, no résumé can ever capture the full story. There are now more than 35 years of lived experience – full of turning points, new beginnings, and unforgettable encounters. It all started in the dynamic years after the fall of the Berlin Wall – organizing early events with friends, running a club at just 16. By 18, I had founded my first companies. The wild cultural scene of the '90s, the transformative 2000s, and the diverse, international adventures that followed – from Austria to Spain, China to Canada – all shaped who I am today.

I’ve lived, learned, led, worked, and grown – in many roles and across many places. Whether assisting the executive management of a major supporter club, or managing international events across continents – each chapter added depth and perspective. I live and work with intensity – these days with more calm, more clarity, and a deep understanding of what people, teams, and ideas truly need.
